30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after delivery. Items should be returned with their original components and in a condition suitable for inspection.

We provide a free return shipping label and pay return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exceptions and protected remedies

Custom items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. These exclusions do not limit remedies for an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Refunds and cancellations

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed within 10 business days. You may request cancellation before shipment; after shipment, this return policy applies.
